Watkins Glen Fix 

Installation:
--------------------------------------------------------
	- Unzip into your "Watglen" track directory
	- Double-click the Install.bat in the track directory
	- After install completed, you may delete the "temp" 
	directory the installation creates
	- To uninstall, delete the watglen.dat and rename
	the original.dat to watglen.dat

Intro:
--------------------------------------------------------
	- Numerous requests for the inner-loop's walls removed
	from the original Watkins Glen have never been filled
	until now. This fix removes the inner-loop walls and
	adds many curbs that exist on the real track but were
	left out by Papyrus.

Changes:
--------------------------------------------------------
	- Inner-Loop walls pushed back to allow the player
	to "straight-line" the inner-loop
	- Curbing added to numerous locations on the track
	- Existing Papyrus curbing now has a 1' flat top in 
	addition to the angled surface of the curb.
	- Caution lights removed and replaced with flaggers
	- Careful attention was taken to place all objects
	back in thier exact-original locations. Basically, 
	your braking marks should not be any different.

Warnings:
--------------------------------------------------------
	- Due to the curbing in the inner-loop, player lap
	speeds will increase dramatically. AI lap speeds have
	not been changed.
	- The changes only take place to two files located 
	within the track DAT file. All other files do not 
	change.
	- The poor draw-ahead in the inner-loop is Papyrus
	inherant. There is nothing that can be done about
	it, without a complete rebuild.
	- Player is able to cut the inner-loop without 
	penalty... you are only cheating yourself if you
	do it.
